Thaylon began his professional career in 2023 at the Regional Court for Children, Youth and the Elderly in Alcântara, under the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro (DPGE/RJ), where he worked as a legal intern, developing skills in legal support and client service. He later worked in the civil litigation area at a law firm in Rio de Janeiro.

In 2025, he joined Araripe Advogados as a law intern in the Trademarks department, where he has been deepening his knowledge of Intellectual Property
