Thaina initiated her activities at ARARIPE in mid-2023 as a Marketing Assistant, helping the Department to carry out excellent work both institutionally and in attracting new clients.

Since 2019, Thaina has been taking several courses in the Marketing area, such as the Digital Marketing course and the Branding and Leads Specialization course, both offered by the Udemy Organization in partnership with the University of São Paulo (USP) institution, She has also completed marketing courses with Bettina Rudolph and attended attended the CMO Summit marketing event in 2023, where she deepened her knowledge of digital marketing. Thaina also expanded her expertise by completing an Intellectual Property course at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
