Barbara started her activities at ARARIPE in 2009 as an Assistant in the Financial Department. Later, with a lot of experience in the area and fluent in English, Barbara migrated, in 2018, to the role of Trademark Assistant, helping the Trademark Department to perform excellent work.

Since 2020, Barbara has taken several courses in the field of Intellectual Property, such as the General Intellectual Property course and the Madrid Protocol course, both offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Position Marks course in Brazil and América Larina, the Intensive Course in Legal English in the IP Area and the Practical Course of the Madrid Protocol: Deposit and its Developments, all offered by the São Paulo Intellectual Property Association (ASPI). Finally, Barbara also took the Technology and Software Contracts: How and Why to Register? course, offered by the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI).
