Ana Luiza Pinheiro began her professional life in 1996, working for an important law firm in Rio de Janeiro, with significant participation in both civil and Intellectual Property litigations. In 2004 she was hired as Legal General Manager in the Brazilian Olympic Committee (COB), becoming General Conseil of the Rio 2016 Games Organizing Committee.

During this time, Ana Luiza Pinheiro was responsible for the planning, structure and implement of the legal project involving the Olympic Torch Relay of Athens 2004 through the city of Rio de Janeiro, the Pan and Parapan American Games of Rio 2007, the Application of the city of Rio de Janeiro to be Host City of 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games, counseling the Brazilian Mission in the Olympic Games of Athens 2004, Turin 2006, Beijing 2008, and Vancouver 2010.

Ana Luiza also worked as Business Director in a company specialized in agency events services, working with planning and operations involving sponsorship of global events.

In 2020, Ana Luiza joined ARARIPE, working with all matter related to Intellectual Property Litigation and contributing to the excellent results of the law firm in this department.
