Thaylon began his professional career in 2023 at the Rio de Janeiro State Public Defender’s Office (DPGE/RJ), working as an intern in the Civil and Children and Youth areas. He then went on to work in strategic civil litigation at a law firm in Rio de Janeiro, focusing on claims from international airlines. He is currently also a researcher at the Research, Teaching, and Extension Group in Contemporary Administrative Law (GDAC).

In 2025, he joined Araripe Advogados as a law intern, working in the Trademarks area, where he has been deepening his knowledge of Intellectual Property.

Graduating in Law from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF).
Completed a General Course in Intellectual Property at WIPO and;
Intellectual Property Applied to Open Science at FIOCRUZ (Oswaldo Cruz Foundation).
