Thaylon began his professional career in 2023 at the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro (DPGE/RJ), working as a trainee in the Civil and Child and Youth areas. He then went on to work in the area of strategic civil litigation at a law firm in Rio de Janeiro, focusing on international airline claims. He is also currently a researcher at the Contemporary Administrative Law Research, Teaching and Extension Group (GDAC).

In 2025, he joined Araripe Advogados as a law trainee, working in the Trademarks area, where he has been deepening his knowledge of Intellectual Property.

Formação:

• Undergraduate law student at the Fluminense Federal University (UFF).

• Completed the General Course on Intellectual Property by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)

• Course on Intellectual Property Applied to Open Science by Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (FIOCRUZ).
